Flight and First Look

On August 2nd 8:30pm, we started our journey to Edinburgh, Scotland. It was hard to say good-bye for the year, but we are excited for our new adventures! We had a lay-over in Reykjavik where we ended up sprinting to our connecting flight, hence while our stroller is still in Iceland! The kids did great on the flight, not much sleep (maybe 2 restless hours), but they made it! We arrived in Glasgow at 11:00am and met our driver Gordon. He helped us take all our luggage to New College and showed us around the city. August is Festival month so the city doubles in size, lots of things to do and people to see! We then camped out at our hotel, swimming and eating at the hotel bar for the next 2 days! We saw a glimpse of our flat on our city tour, but unable to move in until August 10th. Due to some VISA complications we are headed to the Netherlands for 5 days until we can technically come back to the UK on our VISAs. More to come on our Netherlands journey.
